Singer/songwriter Tris has had a deep love of music since birth. Having her first performance at the age of three, her flaming passion has continued to grow. Starting in musical theatre, Tris has spent the majority of her years in-and-out of rehearsals and private lessons. Over the past two summers, she intensively studied rock vocals and songwriting at Interlochen Center for the Arts in northern Michigan. Playing guitar, piano, and classically trained in voice, she is influenced primarily by 60s/70s classic rock and modern alternative. Her songs are soul-searching and poetic, exploring the wonders of love, self-empowerment, society, and the importance of selflessness. Tris is a regular performer at venues all around the Gulf Coast and this year she added appearances in NYC, Nashville, and Chicago. Tris is active in organizing benefit concerts to raise money for The Tyler Robinson Foundation, which was created by Grammy award-winning band, Imagine Dragons, to fight the unseen financial costs of pediatric cancer. Imagine Dragons honored Tris with their Ambassador Award at the 5th annual Tyler Robinson Foundation gala to recognize her outstanding service through music. Tris is a prolific writer gearing up to release her debut EP.
