About
Tris Weeks is a singer/songwriter whose rich voice and evocative songwriting have captivated audiences for over a decade. With performances spanning from the Gulf Coast to New York City, New Orleans, Chicago, Colorado, and Ireland, Tris brings an energetic and seasoned presence to every stage she graces.

A classically trained vocalist, Tris holds a Vocal Performance degree from the University of West Florida and has further honed her craft at the prestigious Interlochen Arts Academy in Northern Michigan. Her music is deeply inspired by iconic female rock and folk artists from the
60s and '70s, blending modern musical sensibilities with the wistful sun-
tinted California sound of golden-era classic rock. She has been a featured songwriter at esteemed festivals such as the 30A Songwriters’ Festival, the Frank Brown International Songwriters’ Festival, and the Pensacola Beach Songwriters’ Festival.

In addition to solo work, Tris is the frontwoman of Tris & The Goldmine Band, a 70s-inspired original rock band known for their dynamic performances and genre-bending sound. The band recorded two EPs of Tris’s songs in Nashville, Tennessee, with a producer whose credits include Kelly Clarkson and Mumford & Sons. The release of their most recent EP, Broken
Masterpiece, was celebrated with a sold-out show at the world-famous Pensacola venue Seville Quarter. In June of 2025, her band headlined “Bands on the Beach”, performing to a crowd of thousands.

With her lifelong love of stage and song, Tris aspires to make music that she herself would like to listen to, and hopes that her songs will move audiences in ways that her favorite musical artists have moved her. A firm believer in the power music has to make a positive impact, Tris has organized and starred in a series of benefit concerts to raise money for the pediatric cancer foundation, The Tyler Robinson Foundation. To date, she has used her music to
raise over $65,000 for pediatric cancer families. You can stream Tris & The Goldmine Band’s latest EP, Broken Masterpiece, wherever you get your music.
